CANCELLATION POLICY
- All cancellations must be made by the individual who originally booked the tour and sent via email to **info@pr1motours.com**.
- Cancellations are only considered valid once re-confirmed by pr1motours.com.
- We offer a 100% refund for cancellations received more than 24 hours before the tour or rental start time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start of your tour or rental.
**Late Arrival Policy**
- Guests arriving more than 10 minutes after the start of a tour will not be accommodated, as we follow strict schedules to ensure the proper delivery of our tours.
**Right to Cancel**
- pr1motours.com reserves the right to cancel bookings even after confirmation if conditions are deemed unsafe or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide an alternative date or offer a full refund.
MINIMUM NUMBERS
