Please note that the tour may be canceled after confirmation if the minimum group size is not met or natural disster. In the event of cancellation, you will be provided with the option to reschedule to an alternate date or receive a full refund.

DEPARTURE Details:

- Departure Times: 9:00 AM from Bled or 8:00 AM from Ljubljana.

- Notification: You will receive the exact pick-up time no later than the day prior to the

tour.

 

Pick-Up Points:

- From Ljubljana: The pick-up location is Ljubljana Main Train Station (Trg Osvobodilne

fronte 7, 1000 Ljubljana). Please wait in front of the McDonald's.

- From Bled:  Provide the address of your accommodation in Bled. If you are not staying

in Bled, the meeting point is at pr1motours.com, Ljubljanska cesta 20, 4260 Bled.

 

Additional Notes:

- If arriving by car to the Bled meeting point, please come early to find parking, as no

parking is available at our office.

- The tour operates in all weather conditions; please dress appropriately. Refunds are not provided due to weather or personal reasons.

- If you experience motion sickness, please take the necessary precautions before the tour.

- Lunch breaks are typically at a lakeside location and last approximately one hour. Since purchasing options are limited on-site, bringing your own lunch is

recommended, especially if you have specific dietary needs. Lunch may be scheduled later in the day depending on traffic and the group's pace.

- Guests who are 10 minutes or more late will not be accommodated, and refunds\

will not be issued in this case.

- As the entry time for Vintgar is fixed, please ensure you arrive on time. If you are late, you will not be permitted to enter, and the responsibility will be yours.

- Guests are sent a short briefing about the tour (with the exact time and place of departure) to the email provided on the day before the tour at around 7:00 pm central European time.

- Parking is not available at our office, so please plan accordingly.

- Pets are not allowed on the tour.
